Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, simply access your company's settings. Click on "Subscription" and you will be taken to the section of the website which controls all details related to your subscription. At this point, all you need to do is click on "Cancel" to cancel your company's subscription. Please note that you will not be refunded the remainder of your subscription.
We'll also hang on to your data in case you decide to join us again in the future. Feel free to come back to us any time. If you don't want us to do so, you will have the option to completely remove your company from Sitata, at which point, we will delete all of your company's data.
